Wow, I can't believe its been so long since my last post! Sorry...my newsletters seem to get done first so if your reading this and your not on my email newsletter list send me your email..I send out a 40% coupon just like dear old Hobby Lobby and the newsletter tells you about upcoming classes and sometimes about new product like I am going to do today! We are now carrying Texana Designs cling mount stamps. On March 3rd they are coming here to Gonzales and are doing make-n-takes and having a trunk show!!! Come by and check us out on that day or better yet come by and see what I already have in stock....Your going to love them! I also got some of MFT (My Favorite Things) dies and stamp sets in too. Some of the dies Texana Designs will be using them on their make-n-takes. I have every line of Authentique Papers in stock and will be having their newest line arriving shortly after the CHA show. New scrapbooks in by Uniformed Scrapbooks of America!! These are just too awesome to even describe.
You can get the name tag sewn with the persons name and you can even pin their medals and tags on the collar ,etc. A young woman made a scrapbook for her husband when he got out of the military out of his own uniform and he loved it so much and so did his friends and the rest is history!!! A new company was born! Come by I have the books, papers, and embellishments too!

Sorry that I have been gone so long but a lot has happened in my personal life and in the store's.
I won't bore you with my life but ya gotta see what is happening in the stores!!!!
Besides the new fixtures that I bought from Scrapbook 911 when they closed down in San Antonio I have rec'd a lot of new product. I now have Helmars, DarkRoom Door, Ephinany, Canvas Corp, New Tim Holtz, Primas are still coming in, and I just put out the three new lines of BoBunny. Not to mention the new Wizard of Oz by Graphic 45 is sitting by me as I am writing this waiting to be checked in. The Fed Ex man just left!!!! Here is a few pics of some of the new stuff and some of the rearranging on the new fixtures!!! Sorry that one is sideways but for some reason I am not able to rotate it. This is Dee aka Bag Lady teaching the ladies to make a market bag here at Craft Crossing on April 2nd. I am late getting these posted but with all good excuses. If, you haven't dropped by here at Craft Crossing lately ...you need to! I have gotten in a lot of new goodies...fabric, paper, paper, paper, Primas and more Primas! In fact, I still got more new Primas coming in this coming week. Ladies, I even have DarkRoom Door rubber stamps in along with a lot Tim Holtz's new products. Crate Paper Class

This was our Crate Paper class taught by our awesome instructor Connie Mercer this past Saturday morning. Everyone did the same layouts but chose from four different lines of Crate Paper Collections that I have here at Craft Crossing. On one table there was three different ladies that used the same line called Neighborhood but they were all different in their layouts. I hope Connie took a pic of them because I somehow missed those shots. If she did I will post them at a later date. as I will post a pic of that beautiful altered spool with the rich colored pin heads you see by Tiffany Lester in the pic on the left. I see a class doing one of those if I can talk her into it! What do you think?????? I missed a shot of the other girls in the class so again I hope Connie got some of them so I will repost about this class on a later date. This is where I have been.....SO much NEW product that I had to get some new fixtures to put it on and then to figure out how to make it fit in the shop and YOU still be comfortable walking around!! LOL Not sure why this is all underlined but I will try and figure it out later! LOL
I am too pooped ..well now it's not underlined so I guess God knew I could never figure it out!!! ROFL... Ladies and Gents I have the new BoBunny Gabrielle, and the Timepiece collection in! Penci posted those for me on facebook so I hope you got a good look. From Crate Paper I have FOUR NEW lines...Emma's Shoppe, Portrait, Neighborhood, and Toy Box. The embellishments are TOO CUTE!!!!! The from MY LIttle SHOE BOX I have SIX New lines..... Oasis, Sew Cute, Farmers Market, Garden Party, City by the Bay, and Home Tweet Home!!! Wait, I'm not through!!!!! I also have a new Casino, Fiesta, Movies, Princess, Birthday, and Western Line in...You have to come in just to see their embellishments!!!! The PRIMA order isn't in yet but should be coming this week.................I can't even list all the prima's coming in! Anna Griffin will be arriving shortly as well as the Elizabeth Park Collection from C thru Ruler. I do have my order from Sugartree and Karen Foster already in and put out for you to see. Taggies that is!!!! These were my first taggie blanky thingys that I ever did. Their for babies to hold and feel the different texture of ribbons and fabrics and hold on to ..suck their thumb I guess and be comforted! LOL Seriously, I was told by all the young new moms their babies love these things. I made the boy one for my DH nephews grandson. The girl one was for my DH employee's granddaughter. I wish I had had more different textured fabrics but I guess I made up for it in the ribbons! The owl fabrics used on the girls was by Adornit...yes, they have matching scrapbook papers and I do carry them in my shop. How cool is that! TFL...
I forgot to mention earlier that these are about 14 x 14 inches square!

These other pictures is of my oldest daughter (23) getting her hair cut for Locks of Love. She leaves on the 21st of this month for Navy boot camp and knew they were going to cut her hair anyway. I am so proud of her and if your reading this blog please say a prayer for her to be safe and happy in her choice. Sympathy cards that is.......
I just made myself set down and make several different kinds and made myself 2 of each! I hate having to use them but we all know we have too so it's easier for me to do it ahead of time while there is no sorrow or sadness. I used SU and Our daily bread designs stamp sets. The cardstock was SU that I embossed using cuttlebug embossing folders. The ribbon was from my stash.

February 19 is just around the corner. Reserve your spot ASAP. We will have 2 spectacular classes that day. Supply list for Penci's class to follow. For a sneak peek for Connie's scrapbooking class, check out these spectacular layouts AND projects @ craftygoodie s.blogspot.com. The class is only $25. Feb 19, 2011 @ 10 a.m.

Penci, of course, will host a T!m Holtz configurations class. No one does T!m better than Penci, well except for T!m himself, haha.... What is a configuration? Look below. Small classes but big in Fun!

We really had a lot of fun on Craft Crossings One Year Anniversary! I know it's hard to see but the pendants we made were perfect for the upcoming Valentine holiday! In the scrapbooking class they look so serious but there was plenty of laughter and talking going on. We even had Kathy Pratt my awesome sales rep join in two of the classes. I ended getting so involve with Penci's Pettys class that I never even took the time to take pictures.! As usual she knocked it out of the ball park with her class. A home decor piece, a card, and a TAG!!! All with Tim Holtz product of course!!!!LOL Connie, and the Valley Girls we missed you!

You really could preserve your grandmothers recipes by putting them on it instead of the photos or combine them both. I wasn't able to get to my old photos so I used more recent ones. Where has the year gone to... I can't believe it's almost over. I have been busy at the store and trying to finish up last minute gifts that I am still working on...
I didn't even take take the time to take a picture of the cards and gifts that I have been working on.

Gonzales Winterfest

OMG...We had a blast on Winterfest weekend!!! We had some VALLEY GIRLS (they are the ones on the right)from Harlingen here to entertain us!!!! ROFL Actually they are from Harlingen Texas but us Gonzales LADIES say they are the VALLEY GIRLS...They will know to read between the lines... LOL To get the full story you need to go to Sandi's blog .
We really did have a blast! despite the charred and melted work tables in the classroom. Luckily no one was hurt! LOL Yes- we really did use everything you see on the tables! LOL Penci taught the last class of the day and as you can see she had her hands full with the bunch of us!

I finally got to stamp today. The weather was bad
and only a few of the devoted crafters got out in the rain today. LOL This is using the Medallion stamp of SU and En Francois background. The stamp on the envelope is a hostess give away of SU. The ink is Kaleidacolor Calypso which I also used on my background paper too. The cardstock is Soft Suede and Melon Mambo. A little bling and viola I was done. I also matted the inside and stamped with the same ink! TFL

deadbeat design stamp!!! Isn't it special....looks
like a real photo! The sentiment is another SU that I had as well as the designs on the second step. The border punch on the 1st step is a MS.

Just another size and take using the same stamp and paper but in a smaller version. Again it just gives the person who requested this card two to choose from. LOL Which do you think she'll choose? Yesterday I was out of town at Stamp Salado in Salado Texas taking a copic class. I sell the copics in the store and wanted to get more familiar with them myself. Really learnt a lot. I missed posting on August 13th....So I am posting two today using the same main image. One is a gatefold and the other the stair case. The main image is a B Line Designs called Wild West Show. Yee-Ha! I used the REAL WOOD paper by Creative Imagination's for the embossed background. The ribbon is SU. The ink and CS and markers were all SU. The embossing folder I used was a cuttlebug named Happy Birthday!

A friend needed another card and said the person she was giving it to was a daisy& peace symbol type gal. Thought I would try out the Free Spirit DSP paper by LYB that I carry
in my store. Of course I cheated and used a package of the chipboard stickers too which helps keep the easel of
the card up.

Well, I finally did something different... It's a over the hill for a friend of mines husband. She wanted a old cowboy with lots of hair in his ears! LOL But this was what I had so it's this or nothing...LOL
This was my first attempt on the stair case card too. The front image (cowboy) is from Rubbernecker I believe. The second image is from Deadbeat Designs. Mark is here in Texas.
The third area is using a cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder and then I used Thickers for his name and age. Pardon the weird angle but at least I got it all in. TFL Pam

It goes so well with the Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango card stock of SU At least it's a different stamped image. This one is another SU image and for the life of me cannot remember the name of it and I don't have it with me. The inside of this card again has the Look Here bigz die of SU that sizzix made. Seems I waited for the new colors to come out from SU before I even started using the last set of IN colors. I am loving this Bermuda Bay!!! For the inside of this card I used the SU Look Here Bigz die that holds a gift card. The stamped image outside of this card is a Justrite image from the Tiny Words Set. The card stock is SU as is the ribbon. I used a border punch from SU for the SU Dusty Durango border going in the middle of the card. Thanks for dropping by again.

Another gatefold card using Justrite stamps. I heat embossed the image then colored it in with SU markers then used Diamond Glaze on the glass to make it look like a real glass. Again I used the BoBunny Peacock Lane DSP and SU cardstock. The photo turn mount is used as a hinge to hold it closed. I finally climbed back on the horse and started

WooHoo!! The focal item is a stamp out of the SU Kind and Caring Thoughts set. The sentiment is from a set that the demos use at their classes which I no longer do since opening my storefront. Actually the DSP, cardstock, and yes even the ribbon is from SU but I needed to use it up.
The bracelet is from last nights bead class here at Craft Crossing. Everyone chose their own colors to work with. Here are a few that we managed to get their picture. I told you we have fun at our classes! LOL I do believe we are becoming Beadaholics!!!LOL Could be the chocolate... but I am noticing how some of their eyes are starting to glaze over when they start digging in the bowls of beads!!
The Rough' It mini album is a BoBunny kit I put together using the Roughing It papers by BOBUNNY. The white basket for a baby boy is a custom basket that I am selling here in the store. I am going to put the babys name on the blanket using my Cricut and iron on vinyl. This is already sold but I wanted to show you a picture of it before it left the store! The picture of Nikki the instructor is trying to kill a water bug that scared the ... well lets just say it scared her out of shoes...LOL I tell ya it gets alittle wild by the end of the chocolate bowl at these bead classes!!LOL

ESCAPE TO PARADISE!!!

Would you look at these layouts and then at the bonus items!!!! All of this is what you will get to make at the Escape to Paradise Class besides the door prizes and favors you will get...Ladies you really need to call or come by and reserve your space. I really need to know if your coming because I already have rec'd calls and we may have to have two separate classes... This teacher is one talented woman and ladies you need to see this layout in person.!!! In this kit for this class you will receive has colored pictures and step by step directions to make these items.I have the supply list at the store...Call now! This class is this coming weekend on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. This coming Friday night we have a bead class. We will be learning how to make a Charm Necklace. Call and reserve your space for this one too! It starts at 6:00p.m.Also starting June 8th at 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for about 4weeks we will have the mystery quilt class here at the shop. Margaret Malaer and Pam Lester will be teaching this class. Margaret left me the supply list too so come on by and sign up. Again this will be on Tuesdays evenings for about 4 weeks. Now on Tuesday evenings starting on June 15th for 6 weeks we will have beginners knitting classes. Betty Wharton will be teaching this class and again I have the supply list. This will be a six week class one night a week here at Craft Crossing. There will be one week break in between.
The knitting class will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Well, as you can tell we are trying to get what yall have been asking for so ladies call now to reserve your space at 203-5303.

Howdy! I am really trying to get back in the saddle and post more often! Aiming to do some challenges this week if possible. This is a baby card I did doing dry embossing and using chalks. These fantastic bracelets were some made at out Mommy and Me class this past Friday night here at Craft Crossing. Any of you that want to drop in and join us at our bead classes can always play catch up. Its' never too late to join the fun. I finally did some cards for Mothers Day and never even took a picture. The minute the ink dried they went in the envelope...as usual I was working on them as the mothers were coming in the door!LOL I actually had my mother and my sisters all in the class room after I closed shop on Sat. afternoon . One of my sisters went to Shiner and bought the best pies!!! and one sister made her special brownies. It was also my youngest sons birthday and that card too got whisked away!!! I know ...No pictures??? But I do have witnesses!!!LOLThis one picture of the SU medallion is just a sneak peek of some 70 invitations that I did for the City of Gonzales appreciation dinner for the Texas Jr. High Rodeo Finals being held again this year. I am so sorry that it's been so long since I last posted. I have made a few things but it all leans towards scrapbooking and the pictures are at the shop and I am home today relaxing and playing catch up. I knew if I waited for those pictures it would be another month..LOL.. before I posted again so here I am! I do have a picture of some earrings that we are going to make in my first bead class. Everything will be in a kit of the color of your choice of the top bead! Later we will do a matching necklace then a bracelet. Nikki Maxwell a local editor here in Gonzales will be the instructor and she is one talented lady. All of her jewelry is handmade and designed by herself!.
The next couple of pictures is another masterpiece by my talented husband. I have already ran out of room for paper and I have ordered a lot paper from the CHA show so he built me this gondola for me. It's 6 foot long and it rolls so I can move it around real easy! I have already found that I am constantly moving product around as it sells and as it comes in! I am still on a natural high from just being around all this paper and supplies but also from meeting such incredible talented women that I didn't even know were here in my small town . The quilters still out number the scrappers and stampers here but the crop class was the largest class that I have has so far! Take care and thanks for not giving up on me and still dropping by! Pam

More Inside News!!

I know I am late as usual with blogging but here are pictures of the inside of the store. The beaded crosses and the windchimes are items I had made from a craft show I did a while back. The windchimes are made out of old bedsprings..."springs of the past."
Today I am closed and catching up on housework...My DH is being so patient with me about all of this. He has been so helpful. Without his support and the HELP and support of my family I would never have been able to open on time. One niece drove in from Louisiana to help set things up and ended up entering hundreds of items in the inventory list on the POS system. I would have never been able to enter it all in time.

My son not only helped with inventory himself earlier in the week , helped with marking and arranging. Then helped with customers all day on opening day. The city offices were closed and he used his day off to be there. My DH brought us all that was working on Saturday evening rib-eye steaks with salad and the works up to the shop for dinner that night. He was amazing!!!

They all were...I can not even begin to thank them enough. Two of my Best friends came the weekend before and worked too. They missed out on the steaks but ate all the customers Hershey's kisses that I already had on my counter..LOL This week Margie even brought me some to fill the bowl back up!!! Aren't friends super!! Storefront!!!

This is the store front...we still have to hang our sign in front and this picture was taken minutes before we hung letters on the glass front with the name. the next picture was my DH worker hanging the letters ( cricut) for the Moda Fabric. We teased him that he will have to join the classes... As you see alot of fabric is on back ordered.

I am fixing to send this picture to CDS so I can start ordering from them for the storefront!

Sorry it's taken me so long to post again...These pictures of the inside of the shop are so outdated now. We have slatwall up on all the walls, the POS counter is up...inventory is being checked in...just not out yet! The pic of the display windows up front wasn't very good...there is actually a third display window to the left of the left front door. I just have to figure out some cute displays without fading the items with sunlight!! I will get busy and take some pics of the how much it has already changed. As you can see the pic with Jacob my grandson at our family Christmas party that the holidays were full with family and friends and good cheer!!! Slowed me down with the shop but it was a GOOD thing too because I got to enjoy all of my family too!!! I hope you all have a safe and Blessed New Year!!! Let's Talk Turkey!

Here is one of my cards I have done for Thanksgiving. Some of the family received some that I have done for Challenges and I am giving them those. The rest get this one. My TOPS group got a different turkey out of the same set that is exercising with a barbell and says Jazzer Turkey. These adorable turkeys are from Clear Dollar Stamps. The cardstock and DSP are from Stampin' Up and are colored in with Stampin' Up markers. The ribbon is SU and is one of the In Colors called Dusty Durango. The leaf buttons are some unknown brand that I had in my stash.
NOW..Let's Talk Turkey...I need the help of all you talented ladies out there. I have mentioned in earlier posts that I am opening a scrapbook/stamp/fabric/general craft store. Sorta like a teeny tiny Hobby Lobby here in my hometown.
The name of it will be Craft Crossing. I need a slogan or something on a business card that explains my name and what all I will be selling. The name came from all the different type of craft items that I will be selling. Can any of you creative souls please help me out??? I am going to offer some blog candy to the one who comes up with the slogan or suggestion that I choose to use.

Sixty is Sexy????

This is the reason I haven't posted a card in a couple of days.

We gave a sorta surprise birthday party for my sister ..who is now a sexy sixty!!! LOL My beautiful and still sexy mother on the far left says there is no way that Layne (Layne is the hottie on the right) is sixty...ROFL...My mom tries to be a preteen mom...ROFL..When we admit our real age she doesn't like that cause she has to change her age...ROFL. We took Layne shopping at a local craft show then went out to eat and had some of her SPECIAL friends like DEBBIE and Elaine, and Anita meet us there. That was the only surprise we could manage. LOL The card on the right was made about 5:30 that morning before her party. I was nice and didn't do the over the hill...Yes, I can be nice once in a while!!!LOL The two sexy men on the right are two very important me in my life. My husband and my youngest grandson! Both are a hand full! and keep me running! LOL

My other two grandsons and two granddaughters weren't here today to get their pictures taken with Gramps. Hopefully pretty soon. Thanks for dropping by! Pam

I know I know I should be working on Thanksgiving but this is for a order of cards for my Mother...Need I say anymore! Clearly Inspired Challenges

This is the first week for the Clearly Inspired Challenge over at Clearlyistamp by Clear Dollar Stamps.

The challenge is the # 5. Either using the number, or using 5 of something like brads, flowers, etc. I made a card for a little girls birthday who is turning 5..Also, gave her 5 crayons! LOL She can color her own card as part of her gift! How cool is that? LOL I used Shawnees set...Rosebud Princess. I embossed the images to make the color easier. The cardstock is by Stampin' Up. The new IN colors Melon Mambo, and Rich Razzleberry. The DSP is by Prima Marketing Odyssey Collection Abbey Road. The ribbon that is stapled on is Stampin' Up Rich Razzleberry. The sticker is and #5 is from Dollar Tree.

I bet your all wondering where the heck I have been...Well, it's along story but I am here today !!LOL Seriously, I am going to be opening a craft store here in my home town! I call it a teeny tiny Hobby Lobby..LOl It will be called Craft Crossing like my blog. I'll have stamping classes...beads.. fabric...the list goes on. We hope to be open by 1-1-2010! It will be a lot of work but it will be worth it in the end! LOL

Whats Cookin?? Dear sweet Cassie is our host this week and the colors she gave us threw me in a tail spin. Last week Lisa chose pink so during the week I never had a pink thought again...Crafty lil devil she was... so instead of seeing red I am seeing pink..LOL , Chocolate Chip, Lime Green and White as the neutral. I used the Kiss the Cook set from Clear Dollar Stamps. I used Melon Mambo the new In color from Stampin' Up, Pink Pirouette is retired Stampin' Up , Chocolate Chip, and Shimmery White card stock all from Stampin' UP.

The DSP is from my stash and I got it from the Dollar Tree.I don't know know where I got the ribbon from but it matched the melon mambo and pink pirouette perfectly. Also matched the Chocolate Chip. I used some stickles on the oven mitt. I cut all three images out and layered them on the shimmery white and pink pirouette. Lost in Space???

Another two BD cards for my great nephews. These I used parts of three different stamp set. The little rocket on the front of the card is from Stampin' Up called PUN FUN. I cut the rocket out and popped it up. The DSP is from DCWV..All About Boys. The planets and little space space with aliens are real glossy in real life but again my camera didn't pick it up I added stickles on the little space space and as the fire out of the rocket. The inside of the card on the right is using the sentiment from Bitty Bots of Clear Dollar Stamps and the Big space ship is from their stamp set called Lost in Space. I stamped the alien on Old Olive CS and glued him in the space ship. I used black diamond stickles on the antenna and the legs of the space ship. This pad of paper just rocks! It goes with so many of my stamp sets! I am really loving it! Makes for a easy peasy card! Thanks for flying in and looking..Beam me up a comment and say Hi! Pam

These are two more BD cards for my great nephews or if my sister doesn't choose them they will be for some other little boys...I do have grandsons so I sure I will find them a home. Again the DSP paper is from DCWV...All About Boys.

The "super hero" on the outside is from Oriental Trading Company and it came with the "Krash" Sentiment on the inside of the card on the right here. "It's your day" sentiment is also form OTC but from their BD set. The DSP had the small superhero in gloss on the right here. The outside all the words is glossy too! I just don't take the best of pics. The Real Red, Yo Yo Yellow, and Bashful Blue CS is from Stampin' UP. I also used the star punch from Stampin' Up ( the big star)

and the small star punch is from OTC. I then used stickles on the stars. The word on the envelope is from OTC and the HB sentiment on the envelope is from Justrite Stampers. It's a self inking one.Thanks for stopping by. Pam

Great nephews birthdays!

I have two great- nephews that have birthdays just a few days apart in November. My sister wants me to make her some cards to give them so I have to think of something different to give them myself. So I made two of these... The robot is color in with silver glitter ink but my camera didn't pick up the shine. The DSP is from DCWV..All About Boys. The stamped images are from Clear Dollar Stamps called Bitty Bots.

The inside sentiment is from the same set of 12.

Layne, if your looking (This is the sister who thinks I am a Hallmark,LOL) I am not sure if you get these or not I am still working on some others. LOL The card stock is Stampin' Up.

This is a birthday card I did for my sister to give to her BF if she likes it. The main image is a digital image from the Busy Beauties Boutique. I was on their blog hop on their grand opening and actually won this beauty. I used crystal effects on the bubbles, her eyes, the bubble bottle, and the bath brush. The sentiment is from Crafty Secrets and the so is the DSP. I used nestibilities and paper punches. Thanks for looking . Pam

This is the card I have made for the Clear Dollar Stamps Weekend Color Challenge over at http://www.papercraftplanet.com/. The lovely Lisa is our host again this weekend and she says THINK PINK!!! We can use any shades of pink. The neutrals are white, vanilla, gray, or black. You may use all if you want. I used Melon Mambo , one of the new IN colors with Stampin' Up, Pixie Pink, Passion Pink, and Whisper White cardstock. I heat embossed the Deer blind from the stamp set Deer Season with Craft Basic Black then used black diamond stickles. Part of my sentiment came from the same set Deer Season. I also used the set called SHINING STRENGTH and used "God is our strength". You have to remember us Texas Gals are tough but we know we're tough with God Graces! I took a close up of the sentiment because I wanted you to see it...This is the first time I ever inked it up!!! I stamped this over and over about ten times!!! I wiped my stamp -tried a different ink, etc on and on! Are you with me here...I didn't know those spots were suppose to be around the lettering "I've been hunting " ROFL Remember I said I was a tough Texas Gal jes' maybe not too bright of a Texas Gal! ROFL Grace , I believe I lost me CREAKLES!!! Any Hoo! I didn't want to really tell off on my self but in case if any of you ladies haven't inked it up----BEWARE! The ribbon is from Walmart. I also used the Bird Call Cuttlebug folder and the two rifle brads are from Clear Dollar Stamps I do believe...If, my creakles are working! Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge

This is the card I did this week for the Stampin' Sister in Christ Challenge. Their theme was for us to make either a card ( or project) for a new baby or their parents. This came from Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you (NIV). This card is from Peggys Vintage Greeting Cards Volume 3. You can order them by going to paintsdaily@aol.com. I sized it and printed it out on Whisper White CS. I then layered it on Whisper White CS and then put it on pink pirouette which is retired CS from Stampin' Up.Then I added the bling and bow. It already said Best Wishes for the Happy Parents. I then added Children are a gift from God. Psalm 127:3 TLB. When I took the picture I was hoping you could see the clouds that the baby is floating through better and I didn't mean to have the word Zutter showing. I just set the card there and snapped the picture..LOL I need a class in photography..LOL Thank you for looking and have a Blessed week! Pam

More Halloween projects DONE!!!

Well, I got all 20 of each of the 5 projects that I chose to do done. These are for children in the SA, Texas area that have cancer. The scalloped striped bag (die cut from Stampin' Up) is closed with Velcro and is filled with candy. The bigger box is closed with a belly band that slides on and off. The matchbox (has clear lid) is tie with ribbon that will also slide on and off and has 4 nugget candies in it with stamped labels. The background stamped image on the nuggets is Clear Dollar Stamps.The candy bag with white topnote header on it is reclosable. The bones inside of it are from Oriental Trading Company and the stamped image on front is from Stampin' Up. The bigger box is a die cut from Stampin' Up and it has 3 bottles (small from Walmart) of bubbles and a candy bar in it. Some of the images are from the Batty for you set of Stampin' Up , some are stickers, and some are retired from SU. I used various DSP so I have a real colorful grouping. The only things that are the same are the white bag toppers and the one eye monsters! Thank you for looking. Pam

Charlie Vs. One eye Purple.....

The card with Charlie from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS is a premade card base that I just matched up with a image that I thought would look good on it...stamped the image..layered it..added bling..and proof!!! I had me a card!!LOL Now, these purple one eye creations is the reason I haven't been posting on a daily routine again because I am making Halloween bags for twenty kids with cancer. I saw the one eyes on SCS and thought it would be cute for the bags! They will be mounted on peppermint patties. When I finish the other items I will post them too. This is the entry for this weekends color challenge over at http://www.papercraftplanet.com/ for the Clear Dollar Stamps Weekend Color Challenge. The talented Lisa is our host this weekend and she has chosen the in color of Stampin' Ups Bermuda Bay. She added More Mustard and Silver! Optional colors were Pumpkin Pie and Certainly Celery but not both and the neutral is Whisper White. Everyone has posted some awesome creations so if you haven't been over there to browse you need too. Especially if your looking for some inspiration! Theirs all look so pulled together with ease. I myself had quite a challenge of pulling it off but I guess that is why its' called a challenge,eh? LOL I chose to do some 3-D projects for gift items with the holidays coming up.I used pumpkin Pie as my optional color and that is in the pie crust.. In the right picture the watermark designs on the inside of the flip lap card looks like Pumpkin Pie too but IRL its just versamark. The silver on the post it note key chain showed a little blurred but IRL it pops out cute especially the whisk. The grocery list is also watermark with the rolling pins! IRL they really do show up more plain. I believe you can see one right above the bow of the keychain. I also used Bermuda Bay DSP of SU. The stamped images are from the Clear Dollar Stamp set called Kiss the Cook. It's a older set but I still love it! TFL Pam

Two of my sisters think I am a Hallmark.. They want custom cards..Maybe I am a Burger king and they want it their Way....LOL Maybe I need to go to bed...ROFL!!! One sister is a Postmaster and has some friends who have made Postmaster and she wanted cards to congrats them but she also wanted their name,city, and the Zip!
So this is what I came up with. The stamp image is from Clear Dollar Stamps and then I added their city,zip, etc. The scalloped envelope came from Stampin' Up and is a die cut for the Big Shot. The other sister has waaaayyyy too much time on her hands! LOL We have another sister who collects Pigs... Need I say anymore??? This image is from Clear Dollar Stamps too. It's called Farm Critters and NO the Santa Hat did not come with the pig. I took it from another CDS set but I can't remember the name of it. The sentiment came with the pig except for the word Christmas! That came from the

new set called Christmas Scriptures! All the cardstock is Stampin' Up. The DSP on the Christmas card is from Nikki Sivils "North Pole Nights" which also came from CDS. Flip flop Card

This is a card I was able to cut all the pieces out on my Cricut because of a very nice and giving woman in Oklahoma..her blog is http:/Okieladybugsscrapnmore.blogspot.com.
You really need to check out her work with the cricut. I even cut out the envelope to match this card. The stamp set and paper are all from Stampin' Up. I used a Velcro dot to hold the flap closed. I didn't think to take a picture of the inside before I mailed it to my BF. TFL Pam

One more done for my sister...Well at least I have another card done! It may be for myself to give to someone. She didn't seem to crazy about it. No problem I can put it to good use..like off of my own list!LOL The DSP is Stampin' Up as is the stamp set which is called Snow Swirled. The cardstock is Close to Cocoa, Very Vanilla, and Real Red. Frosty Christmas

Another card for my sister, Layne, to give at Christmas! She wanted vintage and I believe this set from Crafty Secrets hit the nail on the head!
The set is called VINTAGE CHRISTMAS! The colors are Baja Breeze, Pink Pirouette, and Whisper White all from Stampin' Up. The ribbon is Baja Ribbon, I used Liquid Applique for the fur on her coat. I used dazzling diamonds to make my icicles sparkle and I also used the MS paper punch called icicles.The pom pom trim came from LSS. I also cased this card from SCS and want to give credit where credit is due. Her name is Julie Campbell. I just tweaked a few things different to make it my own!! TFL Pam
