Clear Dollar Stamps Guest Designer Challenge

This is the card that I am submitting to the Cleasr Dollar Stamps Guest Designer Challenge. The layout was a definite challenge to me. I went totally brain dead...I guess nerves. I used two different stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps. I used Ageless Antiques and Kiss the Cook.I made my paper that I cut into the rectangles on the right hand side of the card. The salt & pepper shakers and the mixing bowl has crystal effects on them

to make them look like glass. The other DSP is retired SU paper. The white cardstock is the Shimmery Cardstock. I used paper punches to cut my main image and the sentiment. Wish me luck and hope they like it. You may learn more about it by going to this link: July 27, 2009Thanks for looking. Pam

CC229 & WT229

Another post for today...Can ya believe it!?!
This is for two different challenges at SCS.
The color challenge is one using Certainly Celery, Apricot Appeal, Whisper white, and Pixie pink.
The other challenge is the Ways to use it..You had to use office supplies, hence, the binder clip and paper clips. It was fun and silly but I liked the results! Pam

Hi, This was for Mondays challenge at SCS. I have a hard time with simple. I like to do a lot on my cards so it's hard to say stop! This is the thank you stamp from the Ronald McDonald stamp set. The glitter note card were from the Hot Buys at Archivers. The turquoise one I just cut up to use as a layer. This is my first entry to this challenge. Yesterday I had trouble uploading pictures on my computer. I hope I finally got the problem fixed because I am working on some other challenges. Did you notice the bow was a double loop? I tried my new Bow-easy. Pam

#1 of Laynes card list

This card is one of the many cards that I will make for my sister Layne. I usually do every card different for each person on her list. This card is using a retired set of SU called Warm Memories. I matched it up with Basic Grey Figgy Pudding paper from my last years stash. The card is called a tri-fold card that I wanted to try out. I added stickles to the snowfalkes on the DSP and around the candle flame and pinecones. Hope ya like it.

CDSWCC29

Hi, It's Friday and it's another color challenge at www.papercraftplanet.com with Clear Dollar Stamps. The host chose Bermuda Bay, Only Orange (my favorite color), Basic Grey, and whisper white as a neutral. I chose the patchpal skunk and patchpal messages. I found this unusual paper in my stash with the exact orange, white, and grey. I loved the circles and played on this fun theme. I used SU Bermuda Bay paper and marker, SU only orange paper and marker, SU Basic Grey paper and marker. Added SU Bermuda Bay dotted ribbon, stickles, white pearls, used a white gel pen, and the little presents are actually felt and matched in person. The camera picked up more blue then teal. I stamped everything directly on the DSP and heat embossed so the images would pop off the DSP. Hope you like it! Pam

Make sure click on the picture to See it larger!

This weekend color challenge for CDS at papercraftplanet was using the colors ALL WHITE! I loved how the card looks in your hand but It was Hard as heck to take a picture for all the details to show up. I used versamark and stamped the snowflakes on the 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 background and used embossing tinsel (bridal)and heat embossed them. The next layer was cuttlebugged with snowflakes and I put versamark on the actually folder then sprinkled the embossing tinsel and heat embossed that. The main image was stamped with versamark and again using embossing tinsel and heat embossed then cut out using the oval nestabilities from spellbinder. I then used my quickie glue pen and adding SU glitter on the trees and as snow. The three snowflakes were a MS punch that I added glitter and a rhinestone to each one. Last but not least the curling ribbon is from Denami Design and its a iridescence color. The stamp set from CDS is Old Time Church.

CDSWCC27

I don't see how another week went by with out me posting. I have been working on cards every day. Some for a swap and some for the family. I couldn't believe it was time for another color challenge at Papercraftplanet with Clear Dollar Stamps. The one I chose to use is Charlie Autumn and Leaf Whimsey. The colors are Dark Brown, Rust or Dark Orange, Blue, Kraft, and Vanilla as the neutral. The sky and ground for Charlie was SU bashful blue and SU really rust that I used the brayer and made the background on SU very vanilla cardstock. Then I sponged alittle more SU Very vanilla ink on the sky. The camera didn't quite pick it all up. I used the cuttlebug on the SU really rust layer. The actually card is SU Kraft and the next layer is SU Chocolate Chip then the SU Really rust. Then I used the spellbinders ovals for the mats.Of course I had to bling it with stickles and the tag kinda says it all!!! Check back tomorrow and I promise you'll see another card. In fact it's another one I made for this same challenge but I let my family choose which one I should submit and Charlie won. See ya tomorrow. Pam

This card was done again for the Clear Dollar Color Challenge at Papercraftplanet. I have been behind on posting again . I am sorry I am not very consistent. I have been working on some cards for my sister and I had to make a few for family birthdays. I also keep my youngest grandson while his mother works and as good as he is it does cause problems in Grandmas craft room!! Anywhoo..back to my card the colors are SU Barely banana, real red, and baja breeze that is now retired and white as the neutral. I used stamps from three different sets of Clear Dollar Stamps. The sets were Colonial carvings, Wagon wishes, and Liberty. I heat embossed and used markers and stickles. I hope you like it. CLICK on CARD to ENLARGE!
